The unit has one CPU card, one I/O card, one Power supply module and a Motherboard. Specifications of CPU, I/O and Power Supply modules are given below. The Mother board and mechanical chassis can be configured based on application

CPU card has the following features:

  • Intel 80486 processor
  •  Operating at 64 MHz speed
  • 2 MB (512K x 32) Flash EPROM Code memory (Tacc = 70nsec)
  • 2 MB (512K x 32) Flash EPROM Data memory (Tacc =70nsec)
  • 2 MB (512K x 32) SRAM (Tacc = 20nsec)
  • 32KB (32K x 8) NVRAM
  • Cacheable Burst cycle for memory read cycle
  • 8 No's of fully user configurable interrupts are provided using Intel-82C59 interrupt controller
  • One 82C52 with RS-232C interface
  • One 82C52 with RS-422 interface for inter-processor communication
  • Three 82C54 timers with provision for gating.
  • One 1553B node with ILC-DDC's BU-61588 P3-110
  • Real-mode of operation
  • Flexibility to address external I/O modules in 16 bit mode
  • Fully buffered Address, Data & Control Bus signals
  • Remote reset facility through an Opto-isolated external Reset input
