ACL will undertake Repair of populated boards supplied by them on the special request of the customer.
In that case, it is essential that the Customer should establish the traceability of the cards supplied including the information like the invoice No. of ACL at the time of supply, location and purpose of usage of the card and details of nature of problem faced by the customer.
ACL will also undertake repair of their Boards even from the Organizations other than their Customers - provided the Organization should submit the details and traceability of procuring such boards from the customers of ACL.
As a policy - ACL will not undertake repair of the boards Manufactured by some other organizations except their own make.
The products will be under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
In this period all the products supplied will be covered under comprehensive warranty inclusive of all the parts of the system / equipment against any manufacturing / design defects.
