Customer Training

ACL will provide on job training to the representatives of the Customers on Operation and Maintenance of the Systems supplied by them.

Wherever contractually agreed ACL will provide training to the Customers by conducting a detailed training program formally for a group of Customer representatives on Operation and Maintenance of the System / Product supplied.

Support

The products will be under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

In this period all the products supplied will be covered under comprehensive warranty inclusive of all the parts of the system / equipment against any manufacturing / design defects.
